ITOCHU Chemicals America Inc. (ICAI) is a subsidiary of ITOCHU International, Inc., and was established in 1987 to manage the specialty chemical trading operations of ITOCHU in the United States. (ITOCHU International is the U.S. subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation).
